How it Works
How it Works

Our evidence based, stepwise process helps to guide therapy and measure patient progress.

Measure

  • Choose an assessment based on your client needs - The BHM-20 or the BHM 43.

  • Add optional scales such as the Psychotherapy Readiness Scale (to determine how well they will do in psychotherapy), or the Therapeutic Bond Scale (to determine the health of the client clinician relationship).

  • The patient completes the assessment on a mobile tablet or computer kiosk prior to the therapy session.

  • Certain responses will trigger an conditional suicide scale delivering a few more questions to assess risk.

Analyze

The Clinical Report contains a Behavioral Health Profile, displaying color coded scores based on normative data, and Dose Outcomes Graphs, showing progress across sessions.

Communicate

During your session, discuss the results with your patient. Sharing the easily understood, color coded report with the client can spark additional conversations about treatment and progress. This feedback may help dispel a false belief that treatment is not working or motivate a client to continue treatment.

Feedback Loop

Over time, these reports build on one another and allow a richness of data which enables you to tailor treatment and keep patients more engaged.

Administrative Snapshot

Administrative functions are also included. The Center Outcomes Report provides data across all clients in your center. Group the data by variables to help justify or request more resources, and to show effectiveness and efficacy of your treatment programs.
